The best thing about the leadership apprenticeships we offer – both the level 3 and level 5 diploma for managers and leaders – is that you aren’t tied to a college or classroom environment. You study in the workplace, and work towards your qualifications during the daily routines of your normal working day, supported by your own managers and teammates.
Apprenticeships are a flexible, achievable way to develop your career whilst still earning – and they are a fantastic tool for organisations of any size to invest in the development and growth of their future leaders, supporting and encouraging their learning and experience as they grow into the role of team leader, supervisor or manager.
How does this work for your organisation?
If you have a wage bill over £3 million you will have paid into the Apprenticeship Levy, and have invested in a pot of money which is there specifically to cover the cost of these courses. You won’t have to pay another penny out of pocket – because you’ve already made the investment, and now it’s time to reap the rewards. It frees up your existing L&D budget for other development needs.
If you don’t pay into the Apprenticeship Levy you can still introduce an Apprentice Programme and pay direct for the delivery – the pricing for Level 3 is £4,500, and Level 5 is just £7,000.
